These telescoping outer boxes are made from 200#/ECT - 32 kraft corrugated material for durability. Each set requires one inner and one outer carton, which are sold separately. The cartons feature a full over lap (FOL) bottom, adding extra strength to keep your items secure during shipping.

To use these boxes, first make sure you have both the inner and outer cartons. Assemble the cartons by folding along the pre - scored lines. Place your item inside the inner carton, then slide the outer carton over it. For best results, use packing materials like bubble wrap or foam peanuts to protect your item. When handling, be careful not to over - load the boxes as this could cause the FOL bottom to fail. Store the boxes in a dry place to prevent the corrugated material from getting wet and losing its strength. If the boxes get dirty, you can wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
