To use these double - sided foam strips, first clean the surfaces where you plan to apply them. Then, peel off the backing from one side of the strip and firmly press it onto the first surface. Next, remove the backing from the other side and attach it to the second surface. Make sure to apply even pressure to ensure a good bond. When handling the strips, be careful not to touch the sticky sides with your fingers as it may reduce the adhesive strength. Store the strips in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality. If you need to remove the strips, gently pull them off at a slow angle to avoid damaging the surfaces.
