Our tough chipboard is made from 0.022 - thick paperboard. It comes in sheets or pads, with different sizes and quantities to meet your needs. It can even strengthen envelopes and mailers.

Using this chipboard pad is easy. If you're stacking paper in boxes, just place a chipboard sheet between each stack to protect the paper from damage. For notebooks or legal pads, it's already set as the stiff backing. When using it to strengthen envelopes or mailers, simply cut the chipboard to the right size and insert it. As for maintenance, keep it in a dry place to prevent it from getting wet and losing its stiffness. Avoid bending it too roughly, as it may crack. This chipboard is quite tough, but gentle handling will ensure it lasts longer.
