Our tough chipboard is made from either .030 Heavy Duty Kraft paperboard or Extra Heavy Duty .050 Kraft paperboard. It comes in sheets or pads, with different sizes and quantities to meet your needs. It's also great for strengthening envelopes or mailers.

Using this chipboard pad is easy. When you're stacking paper in boxes, simply place the chipboard sheets between layers for added protection. If you're using it as backing for legal or notebook paper, just slide it behind the pages. To strengthen envelopes or mailers, cut the chipboard to size and insert it inside. When handling the chipboard, be careful not to bend or crease it too much as this may reduce its strength. Store it in a dry place to prevent it from getting damp, which could make it weak.
