Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting (VCI) Papers are great for covering or wrapping metal parts and surfaces. This chemically treated paper continuously vaporizes to create a protective shield that keeps rust, corrosion, and oxidation at bay. For best results, use one square foot of VCI Paper for every cubic foot of packaging area and completely wrap the items.

To use this VCI paper, first measure your packaging area. For every cubic foot of space, use one square foot of the paper. Wrap the metal parts or surfaces completely with the paper to get maximum protection. Keep in mind that the paper works through continuous vaporization, so make sure the wrapping is tight. As for maintenance, store the paper in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If the paper gets wet, it may lose its effectiveness. Replace the paper if you notice any signs of rust starting to form on the metal.
